Donations under €1,000 are Christmas Gifts.

You will be able to arrange payment by credit card or bank transfer. Once you have completed your sponsorship form, you will receive a receipt to confirm your sponsorship.

You can sponsor a star anytime up until Friday 20 December 2023.

The early bird gets the sparkle – the sooner you choose your star and become a sponsor, the longer your company logo will be on display under one of our Christmas trees, located on Dublin’s bustling Grafton Street and outside the busy hub of Cork's Kent station during the busy festive season.

The stars created during this time will also remain visible on the website so you can continue to view and share your star into the New Year.

Once you have completed the sponsorship form, you will receive an email confirmation of your sponsorship. This will include your receipt and an exclusive link to the digital supporters assets which you may download.

You can upload your company logo as you complete your sponsorship form. Alternatively, you may email star@focusireland.ie with your company logo.

Please ensure it is a high quality version and suitable for print (jpeg or png file). 

Company logos will be featured on the 'Sponsor A Star' website, and will also be featured in print on a panel of the Focus Ireland Christmas tree on Grafton Street, Dublin or the new Focus Ireland Christmas tree outside Kent Station, Cork.

Christmas, Platinum, and Gold star sponsors will also have their company logo featured in a ‘Thank You’ piece in the Irish Times (January 2024).

Focus Ireland may also share updates on our social media channels.

No, it is entirely optional to share your company logo if you wish to be featured as part of 'Sponsor A Star'.

If you wish to remain anonymous, you may choose one of our placeholder profile images instead of a logo and alter the name appearing on your star. You can also reach our team on star@focusireland.ie. 

All stars will be featured on the ‘Sponsor A Star’ website for you to view, download and share with your colleagues, customers, and wider networks.

Dublin: Company logos will be displayed on the panels of the Focus Ireland Christmas tree on Dublin’s Grafton Street, visible to an estimated 1.1 million people passing through Grafton Street during the festive season.

Cork: Company logos will be displayed on panels either side of the Focus Ireland Christmas tree outside Kent Station, Cork, which will be passed by hundreds of commuters during the festive season.

Christmas, Platinum, and Gold star sponsors will also have their company logos featured in a ‘Thank You’ piece in the Irish Times (January 2024).

You can share your star with your colleagues, customers and networks via email, WhatsApp, and social media. To do this, search for your star and then use the sharing buttons.

There is also the option to download and print your star, allowing you to display it at your workplace. To do this, simply search for your star and click the 'Download this star' button.

This year, Focus Ireland will have two Christmas tree displays in Cork and Dublin.

One tree is located on the top of Grafton Street, Dublin, opposite the entrance to Stephen's Green park and Stephen's Green Shopping Centre. 

For the first time, Focus Ireland will also have a second tree, just outside the entrance of Kent Station, Cork. 

Dublin: We have four panels surrounding our Christmas tree, and each one will be installed weekly from 27 November with our star sponsors’ company logos.

Cork: We will have two large panels presented either side of our Christmas tree, and each one will be installed from Monday 2 December.

Focus Ireland will decorate the Christmas tree with stars (yellow stars featuring the Focus Ireland logo) on Friday 29th November. We will also arrange the weekly installation of the tree panels around the base of the Christmas tree. These panels will feature the company logos of our star sponsors, and will be visible to the public.

Signage around the tree will identify the tree as ‘A Christmas tree raising funds for those who are homeless or at risk of losing their home’. 

Dublin City Council are kindly supporting Focus Ireland's 'Sponsor A Star' campaign by allowing us to adopt the Grafton Street Christmas tree, and they will decorate the tree with lights as per their schedule.

Glenville Christmas Tree Farm is owned and managed by the Keane family, who are kindly donating one of their premium quality Christmas trees for the Cork display outside Kent Station.
