While a single night can't replicate the true hardships of homelessness, the annual Shine A Light sleep out offers a powerful way to raise awareness and funds for this critical issue. This sleep out is an opportunity to step out of our comfort zones to get a deeper understanding of how we can come together as a community to fight homelessness in Ireland. Wherever you choose to sleep out and support us, expect a great night of connection, engagement, and purpose.

Focus Ireland works to bring about real and lasting change for the people who need our help. In Ireland today, there are nearly 14,000 people, including over 4,000 children, experiencing homelessness. With your participation in Shine A Light, Focus Ireland can provide these individuals, families, and children with the immediate and practical support they need. It also helps our work in providing over 1,500 homes across Ireland.
