As Ireland’s largest construction company, Sisk has taken part in Shine A Light for the last seven years, and in a powerful show of solidarity, hosted their own sleep out with their employees and supply chain partners at their headquarters in Citywest Business Campus, Dublin, bringing their overall contribution to more than €600,000 for vital homelessness services.
Sisk Workplace Sleep Out
Last year, Sisk brought fifty staff together to sleep out at their Citywest Business Campus office.
They shared their experience with other companies, encouraged more people to get involved, and showed just how powerful collective action can be. A brilliant example of what’s possible when a team steps up.
'We’re really excited to take our support for Focus Ireland to the next level through our sponsorship of Shine A Light. It’s all about bringing more people together – across our teams, schools and communities – and building something bigger, together. After visiting the Focus Ireland Coffee Shop and accommodation service in Dublin city centre, it really brought home the impact of the work, seeing the dedication of staff and the difference they make every day was incredibly powerful. It strengthened our belief in what this partnership can achieve.
