About Workplace Sleep Out

Colleagues - Staff - Employees - Teammates

Two Community Sleep out members holding sleeping bags and

Work towards a brighter future for children experiencing homelessness.

On Friday 9 October, join hundreds of others across Ireland by sleeping out at work. It’s a great way to bond with your colleagues over a shared act of solidarity.

By bringing your team together to fundraise, the impact you can make multiplies. The funds you raise can help keep families in their homes through Focus Ireland’s Advice & Information services, offering practical support, guidance, and solutions when people need it most.

You can make a difference, but you don’t have to do it alone. Sign up to Shine A Light with your workplace today.

Fundraising: The moment your fundraising transforms lives

Fundraising is where one night becomes real change. We suggest a fundraising target of €1,000 - and push higher if you can. Every euro you raise delivers vital, life‑changing support to people facing homelessness.

Last year, fundraisers like you helped prevent families from losing their homes and supported young people with nowhere else to turn. Behind every number is a real person whose life moved forward because people like you care.

If you want to see exactly what your fundraising makes possible, explore last year’s impact and hear directly from people like Nicole*, Anne* and Des - the people whose lives were changed because individuals like you stepped up.
