Rovers Shine A Light Sleep Out
The issue of homelessness is something that impacts people from all communities and walks of life. As a fan owned community club we are aware that some of our supporters may know people that have have experienced homelessness or they may be going through it themselves.
Focus Ireland carry out critical work in supporting these families and individuals in Sligo and on a national basis.
On Friday 10 October we will be taking part in the nationwide sleep out for Focus Ireland's Shine A Light, trading our beds for a sleeping bag at the Showgrounds and we are inviting our supporters to join us. If you cant join us on the night we would encourage you to donate whatever you can to help Focus Ireland carry on the vital work they do.
How to Join the Sligo Rovers Community Sleep Out?
- Option 1: On this team page, click the yellow 'Join us' button in the top banner. You'll first be prompted to sign up as an individual to create your own fundraising page, then you can join our team!
- Option 2: Sign up as an individual to create your fundraising page. Then, select 'Join an existing team' and type in our team name 'Sligo Rovers Shine A Light Sleep Out' to link up and be part of our event!
