I understand that any interviews/photographs/or films taken will be used for Focus Ireland publications/promotional materials, the Focus Ireland website or other media sharing site (e.g. YouTube).
I understand that is my responsibility to contact Focus Ireland if I have any concerns regarding my health, or my ability to safely sleep out.
I understand that I must be equipped with the appropriate clothing, equipment, food and water - in line with the detailed checklist provided on the Shine A Light website - in order to safely sleep out. I understand that it is my responsibility to make sure that everyone attending my sleepout is covered by their own insurance. Focus Ireland will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury that may occur at any point during the sleepout or during the preparation time leading up to it.
I understand that it is my responsibility to make sure that the location or venue I have chosen for the sleepout is safe, accessible and has been subject to a thorough risk assessment prior to the event night. I understand that I am not allowed to organise my sleepout in a public space, and that I need to obtain permission from the relevant authorities should the sleepout take place in a location/venue that is not my own.
I understand that the sleepout may have to be canceled depending on weather conditions and that I must prioritise the safety of all participants involved at all times. I understand that all proceeds from the event will be forwarded to Focus Ireland within 30 days of the event day.
