I understand that any interviews/photographs/or films taken will be used for Focus Ireland publications/promotional materials, the Focus Ireland website or other media sharing site (e.g. YouTube).
I understand that is my responsibility to contact Focus Ireland if I have any concerns regarding my health, or my ability to safely sleep out.
I understand that I must come equipped with the appropriate clothing - in line with the detailed checklist provided on the Shine A Light website - in order to safely sleep out.
I understand that Focus Ireland will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury that may occur at any point during the sleepout.
I understand that activities may be subject to alteration/cancellation/duration due, but not limited, to bad weather, group/individual safety, timing, ability, or delays.
I understand that all proceeds from the event must be forwarded to Focus Ireland within 30 days of the event day.
