For years, we've watched the homelessness crisis grow in Ireland. Thousands of children are caught in the middle of it, and it's simply not right. This isn't something we have to accept; it is a question of political will, and choice. And we can’t, as a nation, allow this to continue.

So, during the week of 6th to 10th October, I'm going to be hosting a book sale to show mine and my Technology & Transformation colleagues support for Focus Ireland's Shine A Light. This is about raising absolutely critical funds for Focus Ireland to help them meet the growing demand for their services.

More than that, though, it’s about making a stand and saying that having thousands of children without a home is just unacceptable.
